4. Our Process
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing material as quickly as possible (usually within 24–72 hours).
- Notify the user who uploaded or provided the content (if applicable).
- Permanently ban repeat infringers from our platform.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the email address above. Your counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement of consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
